Our Buyer Protection Program ensures mediation. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, you’ll receive a refund once the product is returned. If not, the vendor's decision stands.
Timeframe: Return/refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery (date indicated by the carrier).
Damaged or incorrect items: Eligible for full refund or replacement—proof required, such as photos or preferably a clear unboxing video.
