Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") sets forth the conditions under which Sizzycart.com ("we", "us", or "our") facilitates returns and refunds for purchases made on our platform. Sizzycart.com is a multi-vendor marketplace operated by the Globalhid Group, with active operations across the Middle East and Europe.

By purchasing from www.sizzycart.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.


2. Vendor Role in Returns

As Sizzycart.com is a multi-vendor platform, each product is sold and fulfilled by an individual vendor. Return and refund decisions are typically made by these vendors. Sizzycart.com acts as a facilitator, assisting in dispute resolution and ensuring a balanced approach between buyer and seller.

  • Vendors may accept or reject return requests based on the product type, issue reported, and evidence provided.

  • If a vendor declines a return, the buyer has the option to raise a formal dispute via our Buyer Protection Program.

  • All product-related issues will be coordinated directly with the respective vendor, with Sizzycart.com overseeing fair resolution when necessary.


3. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is damaged or malfunctioning on arrival.

  • Incorrect Product Received: If there is a shipping or packing error resulting in the wrong product.

  • Change of Mind: At the discretion of the vendor, provided strict conditions are met (see section 5).

⚠️ Important: For innerwear and intimate wear, returns/refunds will not be processed once the packaging is opened or the item is used, due to hygiene reasons.

📹 Tip: A clear unboxing video is highly recommended and may significantly support your claim in case of disputes.


4. Return/Refund Request Process

a. How to Initiate

Contact our support team within 2 days of receiving your product:

You will be asked to provide:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs or unboxing video (mandatory for certain cases)

b. Evaluation

Our team, along with the vendor, will assess:

  • The eligibility of your request

  • Quality of provided evidence (photos/video)

  • Product category and vendor-specific policies

c. Approval & Resolution

If your request is approved, one of the following may apply:

  • Replacement of the original item

  • Full or partial refund

  • Return shipping instructions (if applicable)

If your request is rejected, you may escalate the issue for dispute resolution under our Buyer Protection Program.


5. Change of Mind Returns

Refunds for discretionary or "change-of-mind" returns may be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

  • Request made within 2 days of delivery

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Buyer agrees to bear the return shipping cost

  • The respective vendor agrees to the return

Please note: Not all vendors or product categories support change-of-mind returns, and this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


6. Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Return request raised after 2 days from product receipt

  • Items with hygiene restrictions (e.g., innerwear, personal care)

  • No visual evidence provided (photos/unboxing video)

  • Rejection by vendor following investigation and no valid dispute raised


7. Refund Timeline & Method

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed within 7 business days of confirmation

  • Issued to the original payment method (except COD orders, which will be refunded via bank transfer or digital wallet)


8. Buyer Protection & Dispute Resolution

If a buyer feels that a return or refund was unfairly declined by the vendor:

  • They may initiate a dispute by emailing india@sizzycart.com

  • Sizzycart.com will review the case and mediate between the buyer and seller

  • If ruled in favor of the buyer, a refund or replacement will be arranged once the product is returned

  • If ruled in favor of the vendor, the decision will be final and binding
