  • Sizzycart.com is not liable for any errors, delays, or omissions by vendors, including delayed shipments, out-of-stock items, or misleading product listings.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

  • Monitor user content and remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

  • Limit sales of products to specific persons or regions.

  • Change or discontinue any product or offer without notice.

Innerwear and Hygiene Products

Important: Products such as innerwear and personal care items are non-returnable once opened or used, due to hygiene reasons.
To support return/refund claims, a clear unboxing video is strongly recommended.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller and product availability.

  • Sizzycart.com reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

  • Payment can be made via multiple payment methods offered on the website.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be restricted in certain scenarios or geographies.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Usual delivery time is 4–10 business days, excluding remote or hard-to-reach locations.

  • Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon handover of the product to the shipping carrier.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate and compliant with the law. Misrepresentation or misleading content is strictly prohibited.

10. Content and Copyright

All content on the platform including images, text, logos, and design may be either:

  • Owned by Sizzycart.com or,

  • Uploaded by users/vendors, over which Sizzycart.com holds no ownership or control.

Sizzycart.com retains the right to:

  • Remove content that may be illegal, misleading, or violate community standards.

  • Cooperate with legal investigations when required.

11. Force Majeure

Sizzycart.com shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
