Sellers on Sizzycart.com may accept return requests at their sole discretion, even if the product might not be eligible under this policy.

If a seller does not have a replacement product, they may initiate a refund, which the buyer is obligated to accept.

All replacement requests must comply with the original product parameters.

If the seller rejects the return and the buyer raises a dispute, Sizzycart.com will mediate to resolve the matter.

If resolved in favor of the buyer: a refund will be processed once the product is returned.

If resolved in favor of the seller: no refund will be provided.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
